SOAR Ministry is a small-group ministry whose vision is to connect people to people in Bible-centered groups for the purpose of drawing people to Christ and transforming lives.  The SOAR groups will serve to knit the church tightly together, serving the Lord in teams to meet the many and varied needs of the congregation and the surrounding community.

What are SOAR Groups?  SOAR Groups are Bible-based small study groups that will foster education, equip disciples, advance evangelism, and foster ministry opportunities.  Every group, no matter the study topic, will be Bible-centered.  Through this, the members will grow to full spiritual maturity.  We know that the Bible is sufficient when we look at Timothy 3:16-17. "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work."  SOAR Groups will not be another program but a transforming process to fully equip every believer for the work of the ministry.  It is anticipated that the SOAR groups will  be central to the church organization, moving believers from spectator to participant, from participant to being a force for Christ.  Collectively the congregation will become a body of believers and lay ministers knitted tightly together, serving the Lord in teams to meet the many and varied needs of our community for the upbuilding of His kingdom.
